This LUXURY A.B.I. Brisbane is 37ft. long x 12ft. extra wide caravan, which has a large veranda,
is used by the owners for most of the time and is ideally situated on ??????????.
Sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms (one double & two twin) it has a spacious lounge equipped with TV/DVD,
mini CD Hi-fi and gas fire. For additional comfort heating panels are fitted in all bedrooms
and heated towel rail in the shower room.
The modern fully fitted kitchen comprises of an oven with a hob which features
a drop down lid and electronic ignition, fridge with freezer compartment,
microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle an vacuum cleaner.
A fire extinguisher and smoke alarm are provided for your safety.
Duvet covers, pillowcases and sheets are also provided and the beds are made up prior to your arrival.
The caravan is personally cleaned and checked by the owners.
Parking is on hard standing at the side of the caravan.
Gas & electricity are included in the price.
